Next, the Rockets confront the Medina Valley Panthers (Castroville, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 6. Judson will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Highlands (San Antonio, TX).

The Panthers now possess a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fabens for a 4A Region 1 District 1 challenge on Tuesday, January 9. Austin will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to Socorro (El Paso, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-2.
