New York High School Ice Hockey - Fox Lane holds off Monroe-Woodbury

In Sunday's non-league contest, the host Fox Lane Foxes ice hockey team scored a close 5-4 victory over the Monroe-Woodbury Crusaders.
The Foxes (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Wilton (Wilton, CT). The Warriors go into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Wilton edged Westhill (Stamford, CT), 3-2, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Crusaders play the Mahopac Indians (Mahopac, NY) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 6. Monroe-Woodbury will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record.
