Ohio High School Basketball - Edison knocked off by Port Clinton

The Port Clinton Redskins basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Edison Chargers to 48 in the Redskins league triumph on Thursday.

The Redskins now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Norwalk for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 8. Port Clinton will battle a Truckers team coming off a 47-44 league win over Bellevue (Bellevue, OH). The Truckers record now stands at 6-4.

The Chargers (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Vermilion (Vermilion, OH). The Sailors enter the non-league contest with a 0-10 record. In their last contest, Vermilion was defeated by Perkins (Sandusky, OH), 44-36, in a league contest.
