In Thursday's league outing, the Liberty Christian Bulldogs (Lynchburg, VA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Liberty Minutemen (Bedford, VA), by a margin of 53-25.
The Bulldogs (10-1) will now prepare for their outing against Amherst County (Amherst, VA). The Lancers go into the Seminole outing with a 4-2 record. In their last outing, Amherst County smashed Liberty (Bedford, VA), 64-44, in a league outing.
The Minutemen now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Amherst County for a Seminole outing on Saturday, January 8. Liberty will clash with a Lancers squad coming off a 68-59 non-league win over Nelson County (Lovingston, VA). The Lancers record now stands at 3-2.
