The Albany Comets basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting Juda Panthers to 36 in the Comets league triumph on Friday.
The Comets now sport a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Abundant Life/St. Ambrose Academy for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 7. Albany will battle a team coming off a 73-54 league loss to Deerfield (Deerfield, WI). The record now stands at 3-4.
The Panthers (0-10) will now prepare for their contest against Pecatonica (Blanchardville, WI). The Vikings enter the Six Rivers - East contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Pecatonica was defeated by River Ridge (Hanover, IL), 58-40, in a non-league contest.
