Antigo Red Robins (Antigo, WI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Tomahawk Hatchets (Tomahawk, WI), 65-48 in a league bout.

With the win, Antigo upgrades its record to 1-8 on the season. The Red Robins host Rhinelander (Rhinelander, WI) to clash with the Hodags in a Great Northern bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Hodags go into the bout with a record of 3-7. Rhinelander won 68-57 in their recent league bout against Lakeland (Minocqua, WI)

Next up, the Hatchets clash with the Elcho Hornets (Elcho, WI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Tomahawk will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record.
