Banks Braves (Banks, OR) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Corbett Cardinals (Corbett, OR), 61-31 in a league bout.

With the win, Banks upgrades its record to 9-3 on the season. The Braves travel to Neah-Kah-Nie (Rockaway Beach, OR) to play the Pirates in a 3A Coastal Range bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 6-4. Neah-Kah-Nie lost 64-32 in their recent league bout against Riverdale (Portland, OR)

Next up, the Cardinals play the Rainier Columbians (Rainier, OR) in a 3A Coastal Range bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Corbett will attempt to upgrade on its 1-11 season record.
