Edgerton Crimson Tide (Edgerton, WI) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Brodhead Cardinals (Brodhead, WI), 87-45 in a league bout.

With the victory, Edgerton upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Crimson Tide host Lake Mills (Lake Mills, WI) to play the L-Cats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 10. The L-Cats come into the bout with a record of 6-5. Lake Mills lost 79-72 in their recent non-league bout against Edgewood (Madison, WI)

Next up, the Cardinals play the Big Foot Chiefs (Walworth, WI) in a Rock Valley bout, on Thursday, January 12. Brodhead will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Chiefs come into the bout with a 6-6 record after their 55-51 non-league win over Badger (Lake Geneva, WI).
