The Cascade Christian Challengers (Medford, OR) basketball crushed the visiting Brookings-Harbor Bruins (Brookings, OR), 68-29 in Friday's league test.

The Challengers (9-2) will now prepare for their test against North Valley (Grants Pass, OR). The Knights go into the 3A Far West test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, North Valley was trounced by St. Mary's (Medford, OR), 60-54, in a league test.

The Bruins now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they travel to Lakeview for a 3A Far West test on Saturday, January 7. Brookings-Harbor will encounter a Honkers squad coming off a 83-56 league win over Rogue River (Rogue River, OR). The Honkers record now stands at 3-6.
