Texas High School Basketball - Trinity Valley can't hold off Cistercian

The Cistercian Hawks basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the visiting Trinity Valley Trojans to 44 in the Hawks league victory on Friday.
The Hawks now sport a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oakridge for a Southwest Prep - North contest on Tuesday, January 10. Cistercian will battle a Owls team coming off a 59-37 non-league win over Shelton (Dallas, TX). The Owls record now stands at 15-7.
The Trojans (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Greenhill (Addison, TX). The Hornets come into the Southwest Prep - North contest with a 13-4 record. In their last contest, Greenhill was nudged by Dallas Thunder (Dallas, TX), 59-58, in a non-league contest.
