In Friday's league outing, the East Robertson Indians (Cross Plains, TN) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Trousdale County Yellowjackets (Hartsville, TN), by a margin of 65-28.

The Indians (9-2) will now prepare for their outing against Jo Byrns (Cedar Hill, TN). The Red Devils go into the 1A District 8 outing with a 9-4 record. In their last outing, Jo Byrns smashed Merrol Hyde Magnet (Hendersonville, TN), 51-32, in a league outing.

The Yellowjackets now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Westmoreland for a non-league outing on Monday, January 9. Trousdale County will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 55-45 league win over Watertown (Watertown, TN). The Eagles record now stands at 13-5.
