New York High School Basketball - East Syracuse-Minoa can't hold off Oswego

The Oswego Bucs basketball team scored 54 points and held the host East Syracuse-Minoa Spartans to 53 in the Bucs league triumph on Friday.
The Bucs now sport a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Auburn for a Section 3 Salt City - Empire contest on Tuesday, January 10. Oswego will battle a Maroons team coming off a 58-52 league win over Cortland (Cortland, NY). The Maroons record now stands at 6-3.
The Spartans (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Jamesville-DeWitt (DeWitt, NY). The Red Rams enter the Section 3 Salt City - Empire contest with a 2-4 record.
