Alabama High School Basketball - Vigor nips Faith Academy

Vigor Wolves (Prichard, AL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Faith Academy Rams (Mobile, AL), 58-53 in a league bout.

With the victory, Vigor upgrades its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Citronelle (Citronelle, AL) to play the Wildcats in a 5A Area 2 bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 6-4.

Next up, the Rams play the LeFlore Rattlers (Mobile, AL) in a 5A Area 2 bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Faith Academy will attempt to move on its 11-8 season record. The Rattlers enter the game with a 12-3 record after their 50-35 non-league win over Davidson (Mobile, AL).
