Massachusetts High School Basketball - Foxborough can't hold off Sharon

The Sharon Eagles basketball team scored 74 points and restricted the host Foxborough Warriors to 71 in the Eagles league victory on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Franklin for a Hockomock contest on Tuesday, January 10. Sharon will battle a Panthers team coming off a 61-53 league win over Taunton (Taunton, MA). The Panthers record now stands at 5-0.

The Warriors (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against King Philip Regional (Wrentham, MA). The Warriors come into the Hockomock contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, King Philip Regional edged Attleboro (Attleboro, MA), 74-67, in a league contest.
