The Nashua Porcupines basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Frazer Bearcubs to 35 in the Porcupines league triumph on Friday.

The Porcupines now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brockton for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 7. Nashua will meet a Warriors team coming off a 78-42 league loss to Culbertson (Culbertson, MT). The Warriors record now stands at 1-6.

The Bearcubs (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lustre Christian (Frazer, MT). The Lions enter the C District 3 contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Lustre Christian triumphed over Bainville (Bainville, MT), 65-39, in a non-league contest.
