Glenrock Herders (Glenrock, WY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Moorcroft Wolves (Moorcroft, WY), 37-34 in a league challenge.

With the victory, Glenrock improves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Herders travel to Rocky Mountain (Cowley, WY) to play the Grizzlies in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 13. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a record of 5-4. Rocky Mountain lost 66-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Powell (Powell, WY)

Next up, the Wolves play the Upton Bobcats (Upton, WY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 7. Moorcroft will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 56-24 non-league win over Meeteetse (Meeteetse, WY).
