In Friday's league outing, the Granbury Pirates (Granbury, TX) basketball squad felled the host Northwest Texans (Justin, TX), by a margin of 51-34.
The Pirates (13-7) will now prepare for their outing against Saginaw (Saginaw, TX). The Rough Riders go into the 5A Region I District 5 outing with a 8-12 record. In their last outing, Saginaw was beaten by Azle (Azle, TX), 62-58, in a league outing.
