Sheboygan South Redwings (Sheboygan, WI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Green Bay Preble Hornets (Green Bay, WI), 56-43 in a league bout.

With the win, Sheboygan South upgrades its record to 4-6 on the season. The Redwings travel to Notre Dame Academy (Green Bay, WI) to play the Tritons in a Fox River Classic bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Tritons go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Notre Dame Academy lost 72-55 in their recent league bout against Manitowoc Lincoln (Manitowoc, WI)

Next up, the Hornets play the Bay Port Pirates (Green Bay, WI) in a Fox River Classic bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Green Bay Preble will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 7-2 record after their 61-44 league win over Pulaski (Pulaski, WI).
