In Friday's league outing, the Indian Valley Braves (Gnadenhutten, OH) basketball squad felled the visiting Hiland Hawks (Berlin, OH), by a margin of 45-34.

The Braves (8-3) will now prepare for their outing against John Glenn (New Concord, OH). The Little Muskies go into the non-league outing with a 6-3 record. In their last outing, John Glenn thwarted Crooksville (Crooksville, OH), 69-42, in a league bout.

Next up, the Hawks play the Triway Titans (Wooster, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Hiland will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Titans go into the bout with a 8-4 record after their 66-50 non-league win over Canton South (Canton, OH).
