The Tenino Beavers (Tenino, WA) basketball felled the host Hoquiam Grizzlies (Hoquiam, WA), 62-47 in Friday's league test.

The Beavers (7-2) will now prepare for their test against Stevenson (Stevenson, WA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 8-2 record. In their last test, Stevenson was beaten by King's Way Christian (Vancouver, WA), 66-29, in a league test.

The Grizzlies now own a 8-3 record. They play next when they host Ocosta for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 11. Hoquiam will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 74-67 league win over Forks (Forks, WA). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-6.
