Michigan High School Basketball - Maple Valley ripped by Lakewood

The Lakewood Vikings basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Maple Valley Lions to 25 in the Vikings league triumph on Friday.
The Vikings now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Perry for a Greater Lansing contest on Monday, January 9. Lakewood will meet a Ramblers team coming off a 58-42 non-league win over Owosso (Owosso, MI). The Ramblers record now stands at 2-6.
The Lions (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lansing Christian (Lansing, MI). The Pilgrims enter the Greater Lansing contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Lansing Christian triumphed over Fowler (Fowler, MI), 61-52, in a non-league contest.
