The Stacey Eagles basketball team (San Antonio, TX), dropped 58-50 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Lee Academy of Science & Engineering Wolfpack (San Antonio, TX)
The Wolfpack now possess a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stockdale for a 2A Region IV District 30 battle on Tuesday, January 10. Lee Academy of Science & Engineering will battle a Brahmas team coming off a 46-33 league win over Brackett (Brackettville, TX). The Brahmas record now stands at 8-9.
The Eagles (7-13) will now prepare for their battle against Sabinal (Sabinal, TX). The Yellowjackets come into the 2A Region IV District 30 battle with a 13-3 record. In their last battle, Sabinal prevailed over Charlotte (Charlotte, TX), 80-46, in a league battle.
