Ridgeview Wolfpack (Clintwood, VA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Lee Generals (Jonesville, VA), 83-74 in a league bout.

With the victory, Ridgeview upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Wolfpack travel to Abingdon (Abingdon, VA) to play the Falcons in a Mountain bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 8-4.

Next up, the Generals play the Twin Springs Titans (Nickelsville, VA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 7. Lee will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Titans come into the bout with a 6-4 record after their 80-35 non-league win over Letcher County Central (Whitesburg, KY).
