The Wilson Dragons basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the visiting Miltonvale Warriors to 44 in the Dragons non-league victory on Friday.
The Dragons now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southern Cloud co-op [Miltonvale/Glasco] for a Northern Plains contest on Friday, January 6. Wilson will battle a Warriors team coming off a 68-43 league loss to St. John's/Tipton Catholic (Beloit, KS). The Warriors record now stands at 2-3.
The Warriors (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Sylvan-Lucas (Sylvan Grove, KS). The Mustangs come into the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Sylvan-Lucas prevailed over Natoma (Natoma, KS), 63-26, in a non-league contest.
