California High School Basketball - Montgomery overwhelms Otay Ranch

January 6, 2023: Chula Vista, CA 91913

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Montgomery Aztecs (San Diego, CA) and the host Otay Ranch Mustangs (Chula Vista, CA), saw Montgomery's basketball squad wallop Otay Ranch by a tally of 69-42.

With the victory, Montgomery improves its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The Aztecs travel to Mater Dei Catholic (Chula Vista, CA) to play the Crusaders in a Mesa challenge on Friday, January 13. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a record of 15-3.

Next up, the Mustangs play the Mater Dei Catholic Crusaders (Chula Vista, CA) in a Mesa challenge, on Wednesday, January 11. Otay Ranch will attempt to improve on its 11-6 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 15-3 record after their 68-56 league win over Bonita Vista (Chula Vista, CA).
