California High School Basketball - Perris nipped by San Jacinto

January 6, 2023: San Jacinto, CA 92583

The San Jacinto Tigers tipped the visiting Perris Panthers basketball team by a final score of 75-73 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Tigers face the West Valley Mustangs (Hemet, CA) in a Mountain Pass game, on Wednesday, January 11. San Jacinto will attempt to move on its 3-11 season record. The Mustangs enter the game with a 4-11 record after their 70-54 league win over Tahquitz (Hemet, CA).

With the defeat, Perris falls to 6-10 on the campaign. The Panthers host Liberty (Winchester, CA) to confront the Bison in a Mountain Pass battle on Wednesday, January 11. The Bison come into the battle with a record of 11-2. Liberty won 81-25 in their recent league battle against Citrus Hill (Perris, CA)
