Richfield Spartans (Richfield, MN) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Robbinsdale Cooper Hawks (New Hope, MN), 76-63 in a league bout.

With the victory, Richfield upgrades its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to St. Anthony Village (Minneapolis, MN) to play the Huskies in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Huskies come into the bout with a record of 7-2. St. Anthony Village won 69-57 in their recent league bout against Fridley (Fridley, MN)

Next up, the Hawks play the St. Anthony Village Huskies (Minneapolis, MN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 13. Robbinsdale Cooper will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
