Riverview Raiders (Searcy, AR) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Rose Bud Ramblers (Rose Bud, AR), 65-51 in a league bout.

With the victory, Riverview upgrades its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Raiders host Harding Academy (Searcy, AR) to play the Wildcats in a 3A Region 6 bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 2-3.

Next up, the Ramblers play the Central Cougars (West Helena, AR) in a 3A Region 6 bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Rose Bud will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record. The Cougars come into the bout with a 3-5 record after their 60-37 league loss to Lisa Academy North (Sherwood, AR).
