The Whitmore Lake Trojans (Whitmore Lake, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Roeper Roughriders (Birmingham, MI), 52-28 in Friday's non-league test.

The Trojans (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Lutheran Northwest (Rochester Hills, MI). The Crusaders go into the Michigan Independent - Blue test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Lutheran Northwest was trounced by Greenhills (Ann Arbor, MI), 43-41, in a non-league test.

The Roughriders now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Novi Christian Academy for a Michigan Independent - Red test on Tuesday, January 10. Roeper will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 55-44 league win over Lutheran (Westland, MI). The Warriors record now stands at 4-3.
