Texas High School Basketball - San Antonio Memorial overwhelmed by Young Men's Leadership Academy

The San Antonio Memorial Minutemen basketball team (San Antonio, TX), was overwhelmed 84-36 in Friday's league battle with the host Young Men's Leadership Academy (San Antonio, TX)

The now possess a 12-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to La Vernia for a 4A Region IV District 28 battle on Tuesday, January 10. Young Men's Leadership Academy will battle a Bears team coming off a 43-39 league win over Cuero (Cuero, TX). The Bears record now stands at 18-7.

The Minutemen (3-16) will now prepare for their battle against Gonzales (Gonzales, TX). The Apaches come into the 4A Region IV District 28 battle with a 8-11 record. In their last battle, Gonzales was overwhelmed by John F. Kennedy (San Antonio, TX), 50-47, in a league battle.
