The St. John's Catholic Prep Vikings basketball team (Buckeystown, MD), was nudged 65-59 in Friday's league battle with the visiting St. Mary's Saints (Annapolis, MD)
The Saints now possess a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Severn School for a MIAA B battle on Monday, January 9. St. Mary's will confront a Admirals team coming off a 73-47 non-league win over Parkside (Washington, DC). The Admirals record now stands at 5-4.
The Vikings (6-8) will now prepare for their battle against Friends (Baltimore, MD). The Quakers come into the MIAA B battle with a 7-5 record.
