Minnesota High School Basketball - Academy of Holy Angels knocked off by DeLaSalle

The DeLaSalle Islanders basketball team scored 75 points and held the host Academy of Holy Angels Stars to 63 in the Islanders non-league triumph on Friday.
The Islanders now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kennedy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 10. DeLaSalle will battle a Eagles team coming off a 53-25 non-league loss to Red Wing (Red Wing, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 1-12.
The Stars (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Jefferson (Bloomington, MN). The Jaguars enter the non-league contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Jefferson was defeated by Cambridge-Isanti (Cambridge, MN), 55-44, in a non-league contest.
