The Boyer Valley Bulldogs basketball team (Dunlap, IA), was nudged 53-49 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Ar-We-Va Rockets (Westside, IA)
The Rockets now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glidden-Ralston for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 10. Ar-We-Va will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 67-53 non-league win over Coon Rapids-Bayard (Coon Rapids, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-3.
The Bulldogs (1-8) will now prepare for their battle against Paton-Churdan (Churdan, IA). The Rockets come into the non-league battle with a 0-6 record.
