The Basehor-Linwood Bobcats basketball team scored 47 points and held the host Turner Golden Bears to 12 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bobcats now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seaman for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 10. Basehor-Linwood will battle a Vikings team coming off a 60-26 non-league win over Leavenworth (Leavenworth, KS). The Vikings record now stands at 6-0.
The Golden Bears (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Shawnee Heights (Tecumseh, KS). The Thunderbirds enter the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Shawnee Heights triumphed over Lansing (Lansing, KS), 49-23, in a non-league contest.
