In Friday's non-league outing, the Stratford Academy Eagles (Macon, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Bleckley County Royals (Cochran, GA), by a margin of 53-21.
The Eagles (11-3) will now prepare for their outing against Heritage (Newnan, GA). The Hawks go into the non-league outing with a 3-3 record. In their last outing, Heritage smashed Strong Rock Christian (Locust Grove, GA), 23-20, in a league outing.
The Royals now own a 6-6 record. They play next when they host Worth County for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 7. Bleckley County will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 68-58 league loss to Dodge County (Eastman, GA). The Rams record now stands at 3-8.
