Boonsboro Warriors (Boonsboro, MD) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Brunswick Railroaders (Brunswick, MD), 61-42 in a league bout.
With the win, Boonsboro upgrades its record to 2-4 on the season. The Warriors travel to Clear Spring (Clear Spring, MD) to play the Blazers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Blazers go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Clear Spring lost 53-31 in their recent league bout against Catoctin (Thurmont, MD)
Next up, the Railroaders play the Williamsport Wildcats (Williamsport, MD) in a Central Maryland game, on Tuesday, January 10. Brunswick will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 9-0 record after their 52-33 league win over Middletown (Middletown, MD).
