In Friday's league outing, the Buena Vista Longhorns (Imperial, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Grandfalls-Royalty Cowboys (Grandfalls, TX), by a count of 79-30.
The Longhorns (10-9) will now prepare for their outing against Sanderson (Sanderson, TX). The Eagles go into the 1A Region II District 10 outing with a 4-9 record. In their last outing, Sanderson was crushed by Iraan (Iraan, TX), 35-20, in a league outing.
