Fans at Friday's league challenge between the California Crosspoint Rams (Hayward, CA) and the visiting Making Waves Academy Marlins (Richmond, CA), saw California Crosspoint's basketball team trounce Making Waves Academy by a tally of 44-19.

The Rams now possess a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Holy Names for a Bay Counties - General battle on Tuesday, January 10.

The Marlins (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against California School for the Deaf (Fremont, CA). The Eagles come into the Bay Counties - General battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, California School for the Deaf was overwhelmed by Cristo Rey (San Jose, CA), 50-41, in a non-league battle.
