The Kasson-Mantorville Komets basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the host Cannon Falls Bombers to 49 in the Komets non-league victory on Friday.

The Komets now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Peter for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 7. Kasson-Mantorville will battle a Saints team coming off a 74-41 non-league win over Fairmont (Fairmont, MN). The Saints record now stands at 4-3.

The Bombers (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Byron (Byron, MN). The Bears come into the non-league contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Byron was defeated by Austin (Austin, MN), 52-43, in a league contest.
