North Carolina High School Basketball - Cape Fear Christian Academy ripped by South Wake

January 6, 2023: Fuquay-Varina, NC

The South Wake Sabres basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Cape Fear Christian Academy Eagles to 24 in the Sabres non-league triumph on Friday.

The Sabres now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oak Forest for a North Carolina Home Education - East contest on Saturday, January 14.

The Eagles (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Lee Christian (Sanford, NC). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 0-8 record. In their last contest, Lee Christian was routed by Wayne Christian (Goldsboro, NC), 59-10, in a non-league contest.
