Cedarburg Bulldogs (Cedarburg, WI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host West Bend Suns (West Bend, WI), 63-43 in a league bout.

With the win, Cedarburg upgrades its record to 10-2 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Slinger (Slinger, WI) to clash with the Owls in a North Shore bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Owls go into the bout with a record of 4-8. Slinger lost 55-45 in their recent league bout against Grafton (Grafton, WI)

Next up, the Suns play the Whitefish Bay Blue Dukes (Whitefish Bay, WI) in a North Shore challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. West Bend will attempt to improve on its 1-13 season record. The Blue Dukes come into the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 70-51 league win over Nicolet (Glendale, WI).
