The Center Hill Mustangs (Olive Branch, MS) basketball crushed the visiting Olive Branch Conquistadors (Olive Branch, MS), 58-25 in Friday's league test.
The Mustangs (9-8) will now prepare for their test against DeSoto Central (Southaven, MS). The Jaguars go into the 6A Region 2 test with a 2-4 record. In their last bout, DeSoto Central was crushed by Lewisburg (Olive Branch, MS), 48-40, in a league bout.
Next up, the Conquistadors clash with the Lewisburg Patriots (Olive Branch, MS) in a 6A Region 2 bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Olive Branch will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 13-6 record after their 48-40 league win over DeSoto Central (Southaven, MS).
