California High School Basketball - Central routs Southwest EC

January 6, 2023: El Centro, CA 92243

In Friday's non-league outing, the Central Spartans (El Centro, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Southwest EC Eagles (El Centro, CA), by a count of 57-22.

The Spartans (10-8) will now prepare for their outing against Calexico (Calexico, CA). The Bulldogs go into the Imperial Valley outing with a 10-7 record.

The Eagles now hold a 3-10 record. They play next when they host Palo Verde Valley for a Imperial Valley outing on Monday, January 9. Southwest EC will clash with a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 49-45 non-league win over Brawley (Brawley, CA). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 10-7.
