South Carolina High School Basketball - Clinton routs Union County

In Friday's league outing, the Clinton Red Devils (Clinton, SC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Union County Yellowjackets (Union, SC), by a margin of 41-16.

The Red Devils (9-4) will now prepare for their outing against Fountain Inn (Fountain Inn, SC). The Fury go into the non-league outing with a 9-6 record. In their last outing, Fountain Inn was trounced by Wren (Piedmont, SC), 62-22, in a league outing.

The Yellowjackets now own a 1-10 record. They play next when they host Chester for a AAA Region 4 outing on Tuesday, January 10. Union County will encounter a Cyclones squad coming off a 75-22 league loss to Woodruff (Woodruff, SC). The Cyclones record now stands at 1-7.
