Coahulla Creek Colts (Dalton, GA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Gordon Lee Trojans (Chickamauga, GA), 47-14 in a league bout.

With the win, Coahulla Creek upgrades its record to 8-5 on the season. The Colts host Dalton (Dalton, GA) to clash with the Catamounts in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 7. The Catamounts go into the bout with a record of 8-3. Dalton lost 68-66 in their recent non-league bout against Campbell (Smyrna, GA)

Next up, the Trojans clash with the Bremen Blue Devils (Bremen, GA) in a AAA Region 6 bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Gordon Lee will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 41-40 league loss to Ringgold (Ringgold, GA).
