The Southeast Warren Warhawks basketball team (Liberty Center, IA), was nudged 47-40 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting East Union Eagles (Afton, IA)
The Eagles now possess a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seymour for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 12. East Union will battle a Warriors team coming off a 36-28 league win over Lamoni (Lamoni, IA). The Warriors record now stands at 4-6.
The Warhawks (2-9) will now prepare for their battle against Twin Cedars (Bussey, IA). The Sabers come into the non-league battle with a 6-2 record.
