Nevada High School Basketball - Wells ripped by Eureka

The Eureka Vandals basketball team scored 46 points and held the host Wells Leopards to 16 in the Vandals league triumph on Friday.

The Vandals now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jackpot for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 7. Eureka will battle a Jaguars team coming off a 51-15 league loss to McDermitt (McDermitt, NV). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-6.

The Leopards (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against McDermitt (McDermitt, NV). The Bulldogs enter the 1A Eastern contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, McDermitt triumphed over Jackpot (Jackpot, NV), 51-15, in a league contest.
