Geneva (Boerne, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Holy Cross Knights (San Antonio, TX), 68-33 in a league bout.

With the win, Geneva upgrades its record to 17-5 on the season. The host Brentwood Christian (Austin, TX) to clash with the Bears in a TAPPS 4A District 3 bout on Monday, January 9. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 5-17. Brentwood Christian won 66-48 in their recent league bout against Hill Country Christian School of Austin (Austin, TX)

Next up, the Knights clash with the Veritas Academy (Austin, TX) in a TAPPS 4A District 3 bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Holy Cross will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record.
