The Woodland Baptist Christian Eagles (Winston-Salem, NC) basketball crushed the host Gospel Light Christian (Walkertown, NC), 59-34 in Friday's league test.

The Eagles (7-4) will now prepare for their test against Tabernacle Christian (Hickory, NC). The Conquerors go into the NCCSA AA West District 1 test with a 6-6 record. In their last test, Tabernacle Christian was trounced by Triad Baptist Christian Academy (Kernersville, NC), 68-25, in a non-league test.

The now own a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Cramerton Christian Academy for a NCCSA AA West District 1 test on Tuesday, January 10. Gospel Light Christian will encounter a Crusaders squad coming off a 51-29 league loss to Faith Christian (Ramseur, NC). The Crusaders record now stands at 6-7.
