California High School Basketball - University ripped by Irvine

The Irvine Vaqueros basketball team scored 51 points and held the host University Trojans to 29 in the Vaqueros league triumph on Friday.
The Vaqueros now sport a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodbridge for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 10. Irvine will battle a Warriors team coming off a 44-35 non-league win over Northwood (Irvine, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 12-6.
The Trojans (3-15) will now prepare for their contest against Laguna Hills (Laguna Hills, CA). The Hawks enter the Pacific Coast contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, Laguna Hills was routed by Mission Viejo (Mission Viejo, CA), 35-28, in a non-league contest.
